Procedure
  1. Log into WorkCenter.
  2. In WorkCenter, type the Claim Number in Global Search Claim Number search box  and click Search
  3. Click the Claim Number in search results.  (Check tab selected and change as needed) 
  4. Click the applicable Claim-Suffix ID.
  5. Click Request Total Loss.  
  6. Verify information and complete any non completed desired fields (Required fields are indicated with red *)
  7. Click Save & Continue.
  8. Complete rest of information and click Submit Request.
