Procedure
  1. Click System Info, select Company Data, and verify the data is present.
  2. Click OK. 
  3. Click System Info, select Preferences.
  4. Verify that the Use Letterhead box is not checked.
  5. Under the Options section have all fields checked to appear on the Header.
  6. Click OK and test again.
  7. Then go to the estimate and do a print preview to make sure that the company information is correct on the header. 

The header information entered in Company Data will now print on estimates.
