EnvironmentWorkCenter Appraisal
  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon on the bottom left of the page.
  2. Click General.
  3. Scroll down to Utilities, and then click Reset a Claim.
  4. Select the Claim.
  5. Click the Reset button.  A Warning box will appear.  You are given a choice to Cancel, Unlock Attachments, or Reset Claim.
  6. Click Yes, Reset Claim.
  7. The claim will be deleted from the claims list, and a message will display the location of the reset folder. Either use Copy to Clipboard for immediate copy/paste, or click Done.
  8. Click Done to exit. An information message will appear telling you the claim was successfully deleted.
  9. Click Claims to exit settings.
Additional NotesResetting the folder a second time will overwrite a first reset folder. To preserve its contents, rename the first folder before resetting again.

Folders are named by claim number and located under C:\Users\<user name>\Mitchell\WCAP\ResetClaims.
I.e., the folder for claim #11-11111-01 would be C:\Users\<username>\Mitchell\WCAP\ResetClaims\11-11111-01. 

Technician may need to unembed UltraMate and export the estimate, prior to resetting the folder. Refer to "WCAP: How to Unembed Mitchell Estimating (UltraMate)".
