RepairCenter CEM, often referred to as AutocheX, is a Customer Experience Management tool, in which customer satisfaction surveys are sent to customers who have work done by the shop on their vehicle. RepairCenter sends information in the jobs to AutocheX to perform the surveys, and the surveys are sent back to RepairCenter for the shop to view.
Set up EMS paths in RepairCenter:
1. Click the More menu. 2. Click Configuration. 3. Click the Shop Setup tab. (Note: This is usually already selected by default.) 4. Click the File Directories sub-tab. 5. Click the Estimatics box. (Note: This is usually already selected by default.) 6. Place a check mark in the box of the desired estimating system. 7. Click Select Directory. 8. Choose a valid EMS path. 9. Click OK. 10. Click Update.
RepairCenter will ask you to restart to apply the changes.
Set up AutocheX reporting in RepairCenter:
1. Click the More menu. 2. Click Configuration. 3. Click the Shop Setup tab. (Note: This is usually already selected by default.) 4. Click the AutocheX CEM sub-tab. 5. There will be four options with radial selections. Select the option that best suits the shop. 6. Click Update.
RepairCenter will ask you to restart to apply the changes. |
