Procedure
1. Right click an empty area of the desktop.
2. Point to New. 
3. Click Shortcut.
4. In the Type the location of the item field, (copy and paste entire string, including quotes):

    For USA Shops:
A. For Chrome:
If OS is 64 bit:  
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" https://repaircenter.mymitchell.com/connect
If OS is 32 bit:  
"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" https://repaircenter.mymitchell.com/connect    
B. For Internet Explorer:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" https://repaircenter.mymitchell.com/connect
 
    For Canadian Shops:
A. For Chrome:
If OS is 64 bit:  
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" https://repaircenterca.mymitchell.com/connect
If OS is 32 bit:  
"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" https://repaircenterca.mymitchell.com/connect    
B. For Internet Explorer:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" https://repaircenterca.mymitchell.com/connect

 
5. Click Next.
6. In the Type name for shortcut field, enter Mitchell Connect or Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
7. Click Finish.
