Procedure
  1. Connect the VCI to the top of the MD-350 using the provided VCI Cable (Labeled: Handset To VCI Communications Only).
  2. Connect the Power Supply cable to the top of the VCI.  The Power Supply Cable should be plugged into a wall outlet/power strip.
  3. In MD-350 VCI Connection Manager window, click Refresh Scan, and the MD-350 will connect to the VCI.  If not, select Connect next to your VCI in the list. Test the VCI and MD-350 connection by scanning a vehicle.
  • If issue not resolved, Power Off and Power On the Mitchell Diagnostics tool, then repeat Step 3.
