Procedure
  1. Click the appropriate link to access the site:
  1. Click Forgot username?  A Forgot your username? page is displayed.
  2. Enter the email address used when the username and password were created.
  3. Click Send Username.
  4. Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. 
  5. Sign In as normal.
NOTE: It is important each user have their own username and password with their individual email in the event a user is not available.
