Procedure

Open the desired estimate.
On the left navigation, click Preview or Estimate.
From the Share PDF drop down menu, click Email. The Email Estimate PDF dialog box opens.
Input recipient email address in the To: field. Use a comma to enter additional email addresses.
Enter text into the Message field as desired.
Click Send.

Note: the From: entry cannot be modified.
