Split View Option is Not Available

The Split View option is not available when the Internet Browser screen is not maximized or is above 100% zoom. 

To enable the Split View option.

1. Maximize the screen in the Internet Browser 
2. Set to zoom to 100% or lower

If in full screen and split view is still not showing

Option 1:
User a different browser.

Option 2:
Adjust text size on monitor.

1. From the Start Menu, click Control Panel. 
2. Click Display and select Smaller 100%.

Option 3:
Adjust monitor resolution

1. From the Start Menu, click Control Panel. 
2. Click Display and select Screen Resolution.
3. Select a lower resolution option.
