Cause
A user has forgotten their Mitchell Connect or Mitchell Cloud Estimating Sign In password.
Resolution
  1. At the Mitchell Connect Sign In, click Forgot password?.
  2. A new Forgot your password? page is displayed with the options to enter your Username.
  3. Enter your Username and click Send Instructions.
  4. An e-mail will be sent to the email address the username has on record with instructions for resetting the password.  Passwords must be 8 characters or less.
