Environment
Cause
Common reasons a repair order (RO) will not update in Repaircenter:
  • The EMS file has not been exported or created from estimate and is not present in export folder.
  • The path between the estimating system and RepairCenter is broken.
  • The file name associated with the repair order is not the same as the exported estimate.
    Resolution
    The EMS file has not been exported or created from estimate and is not present in export folder.
    1. Open the estimate in estimating system, and re-export EMS files.
    2. Verify that EMS files have been created in set export path.
    3. Under Repair Orders tab, click the refresh button.
    4. Select RO to be updated.
    5. Click Accept Supplement.

    The path between the estimating system and RepairCenter is broken.​

    Verify path directories in RepairCenter and estimating program and correct as needed.

    1. Click to select repair order (RO) to be updated from the white board.
    2. Right-click on selected RO.
    3. Select Job Data Refresh from menu.

    1. In the Job Data Refresh window, locate the "File Info" section.

    1. Locate and make note of the "File Info" section.
    2. Make note of the "Name" and the "Type" fields.
      • The Name will display the EMS associated with RO
      • The Type will display the estimating system used: ADPEMS - Audatex, CCCEMS - CCC One, or MITCHEMS - Ultramate
    3. ​If the file name displayed does not match with files in export folder:
