Summary
Symptoms
The error, 'The site cannot be reached,' or 'The repair Center server could not be reached. Please verify you internet connection and try again." is displayed when trying to access TechAdvisor or RepairCenter TechAdvisor.  

 
EnvironmentAny shop attempting to use TechAdvisor Online, inside Mitchell Connect, or RepairCenter TechAdvisor
Cause
It is possible that the shop's region is being blocked by our regional firewall block.  

 
Resolution
Contact Mitchell TAC to resolve the issue.
