Cause
Using VIN decode to create an estimate qualifies parts by default.  If a part is not qualified (unique to the VIN), it will be grayed out.
Resolution
 
  1. With the estimate open, click Filter in the upper left.
  1. Toggle the Qualified Only option to the left.  You may be prompted to apply 'Labor Time' and or 'Part Price Updates' to existing estimate lines if they were available when the estimate was opened but not applied.  Leave checked or uncheck as desired and click Continue Estimate.  If you wish to abort, click Cancel And Return To Job Overview.
