Cause
The display size in Windows is set to something other than the default 100% size.
Resolution

Windows 7, 8
  1. Click Start; then click Control Panel.
  2. Set View By option to icons (top right corner of window).
  3. Click Display.
  4. Select Smaller - 100% (Default). Windows will require you to log off and back in (or reboot) for the changes to take effect.
Windows 10
  1. Right-click an empty area of the desktop, then click Display Settings.
  2. Set the Change the size of text, apps, and other items control to 100% (Recommended).
  3. Close the display settings window. Windows will require you to log off and back in (or reboot) for the changes to take effect.
