Summary
Symptoms
When opening the mapped drive to the ClaimTools share, media sets that were previously showing no longer display.

Cause
Media sets are automatically de-activated from the Claimsnap website after a period of time (60 days).
Resolution
  1. Connect to the Claimsnap website example: http://server IP/claimsnap.
  2. Search for the missing media set or media sets numbers.
  3. After locating the media set then click Activate located on the right.
  4. Check the mapped share folder to verify the media set now shows.
